New brand for the ladies: Decora

Decora was created and introduced in Tokyo and Osaka in Fall 2006
with 3 shops in Osaka,  and C I R C L E S brought it over to Hong Kong in
the same year.  The design of Decora  is simple and contemporary with
a girlie flavor.
